Quotations and proforma invoices

Quotations

A quotation is a priced offer we prepare for you, for example a custom hosting setup or a bundle of services. Go to Billing → Quotations.

Status	Meaning
Active	Still valid until its Valid until date. Contact us to go ahead with it.
Invoiced	You accepted it and it has been turned into an invoice
Expired	The validity date has passed. Ask us for a new quotation.

Open a quotation to see its line items, tax and total, then select Download PDF.

Proforma invoices

A proforma invoice is a payment request we send before issuing the final tax invoice. Your finance team can use it to approve a purchase or pay in advance. Go to Billing → Proforma Invoice.

• Filter by service and status.
• Open one to see its details and download it.
• Once you've paid, we issue a tax invoice. It appears under Invoices.
