Getting started
The Pheonix Solutions web app is where you buy and manage everything you run with us: domain names, web hosting, one-click apps, Deploy 360 sites and website monitoring. Billing documents such as quotations, invoices and receipts are in the same place.
What's in the app
The menu on the left groups everything into sections.

| Billing | Cart, Quotations and proforma invoices, Invoices and payment history |
| Account | Settings: your profile, password, two-factor authentication and signed-in devices |
First steps
- Create your account, or sign in if you already have one.
- Complete your profile, including your billing address and GST details. Invoices use these details.
- Order your first service:
tip
Use the search box at the top of every page (Search services, payments, settings) to jump straight to a service, a payment or a setting.
Prices, tax and invoices
Prices in the app exclude tax unless a plan says otherwise. Tax is added at checkout. Every purchase produces a GST-compliant invoice that you can download from Invoices.
